PROJECT MANAGER

BCCK Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join its Midland staff. The PM will have full responsibility of multiple projects involving the design, procurement, and construction of multi-million dollar natural gas processing facilities. The PM will develop and monitor contracts, project schedules, project budgets, monthly cash flow projections, coordinate in-house and contract project team members, review project specifications and drawings, and monitor construction activities while also acting as the primary contact between the company and client’s representatives. Knowledge of cryogenic plant design and operation is a plus.

Requirements

  • B.S. or greater in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a 4 year accredited US engineering school
  • Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas processing, refinery or chemical processing industries
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of project involvement from contractors to client
  • Minimum of 3 years experience serving in a Project Manager type of role with responsibility for projects that included field construction
  • Must be bilingual - English and Spanish with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Organizational and critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and details
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computer, email and internet based systems
  • Prior experience using advanced project management document and cost tracking systems
  • Motivated self starter who can work with minimal supervision and proactively seeks opportunities for work process improvement
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to keep sensitive data confidential
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
